How do I verify the KKM approval is real?
MorinVibes® holds a valid KKM registration and GMP certification from Malaysia's Ministry of Health — both on public record. Full registration numbers are on our Quality page. You can verify them directly on the NPRA website.
Is this the same product as the Shopee store?
Identical product, identical batch. Direct orders mean no marketplace commission — which lets us offer better bundle deals and personal service. Buy wherever you are most comfortable.
What makes MorinVibes different from other moringa brands?
We own the land where our moringa grows. Most brands buy bulk powder from middlemen — we harvest, dry, and encapsulate our own leaves. This means full traceability, guaranteed freshness, and no mystery sources.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within Malaysia only. For international inquiries or bulk orders, please contact us on WhatsApp and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Ingredients
What's actually in the capsules?
One ingredient: 100% moringa oleifera leaf powder. No fillers, no binders, no flow agents, no preservatives. The capsule shell is vegetable cellulose (hypromellose), suitable for vegans.
Is it organic?
While we don't carry formal organic certification (which is expensive and paperwork-heavy for small farms), we grow without any pesticides, herbicides, or synthetic fertilizers. Our moringa is as organic as it gets — just not certified on paper.
Is it vegan / halal / gluten-free?
Yes to all. Our capsules are plant-based (no gelatin), suitable for vegans. The product is naturally halal and gluten-free. We do not have formal halal certification, but there are no non-halal ingredients or processes involved.
Where do you source your moringa?
From our own farm in Bayan Lepas, Penang. Every leaf in every capsule comes from trees we planted and tend ourselves. No third-party suppliers, no imported bulk powder.
Usage & Dosage
How many capsules per day and how long does one bottle last?
3 capsules daily (1.5g) with water, best taken with a meal. 90 capsules = 30-day supply. Consistent daily use is where the difference shows.
When's the best time to take moringa?
Any time of day, with or after meals. Some people prefer morning for energy, others evening for recovery. The most important thing is consistency — pick a time and stick with it.
Can I open the capsules and mix with food?
Absolutely. Many people open capsules and mix the powder into smoothies, soups, or yogurt. The taste is earthy and slightly bitter — some love it, some prefer capsules. Either way works.
Is moringa suitable for breastfeeding mothers?
Moringa has traditionally been used as a galactagogue (milk-flow support) across South and Southeast Asia. Please consult your doctor or lactation consultant before starting any supplement while breastfeeding.
Can children take moringa?
Moringa is a food, not a medication, and is traditionally eaten as a vegetable. However, for children under 12, we recommend consulting with a healthcare provider for appropriate dosage.

Do you ship to Sabah and Sarawak?
Yes. West Malaysia: RM7. East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): RM15. Buy 10 bottles, get 1 free — WhatsApp us to arrange.
How long does shipping take?
West Malaysia: 1-3 working days. East Malaysia: 3-5 working days. We ship from our facility in Bayan Lepas, Penang, within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on orders over RM150. That's roughly 2 bottles. Combine with a friend or stock up for the next two months.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes, all orders receive tracking via WhatsApp or email. You'll get a notification as soon as your order ships.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products as food supplements with hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once shipped. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos — we will replace or refund at our discretion.
What if I'm not satisfied with the product?
We take quality seriously. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, reach out directly and we will do our best to make it right. Customer satisfaction matters more to us than any single transaction.
How do I report a damaged shipment?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
